Alabama pilots see UFO

MONTGOMERY – An aircrew in route from Houston to Columbia, SC on May 19, 2005 at 35,000 feet in a jet airliner at 10 PM, saw another aircraft. The captain noticed an unknown aircraft at his 10 o'clock position high but when he looked at his TCAS, there was no aircraft in the vicinity. The captain says, “I then looked back at the craft noticing it was passing us like we were sitting still while we were at Mach .78.” I also noticed it was at least 40,000 feet higher than us. ”I pointed the target out to the first officer and she saw it as well.” It may have been a satellite but it seemed to change directions as got directly off our nose and then disappeared. The object seemed to have strobes. We both know it was not a shooting star so it was either satellite or unexplained. Thanks Peter Davenport Director www.UFOcenter.com MOUNT STERLING – At 11:30 PM, the witness was coming home after decorating for the Jr/Sr Prom at his high school on April 25, 2002, as he looked up it was about 20 feet above him. He states, “It sent two pulses of light on to my truck a 1992 Ford Ranger 5 speed. My truck went completely dead and so did all the radio speakers in my truck except for the nonmagnetic (tweeters) speakers all cut off. For some reason I cracked open my door and looked up into the sky. Once I could look up and try to see exactly what it was, there were two more pulses of light and my truck started back up without me starting it and the stereo cut back on and worked perfectly. There was a little bit of a time lapse or black out between then and getting to my house. From where the incident happened my house was only about 300 yards down the road in the country. I then told my parents what had happened and they just laughed and thought I was joking. That night I literally fell asleep with my eyes open and have always had flashbacks and chills always run down my spine when I am outside at night alone looking into the sky. Illinois black sphere seen

EDWARDSVILLE -- Dave Marler, State Director of Illinois/MUFON reports: At approximately 1:20 PM, on May 19, 2005, I was lying in a lounge chair on my patio looking when I observed what appeared to be a black sphere fly into my view. It came out of the southwest and moved in a northeast direction. It appeared to maintain level flight and constant speed throughout the sighting which lasted 8-10 seconds. It appeared to be the size of a BB at arm's length. It was first viewed at 90 degrees elevation (overhead) then moved across the sky to the northeast to 15-20 degrees elevation before disappearing behind a tree line. As I observed this sphere, I noticed it was below the clouds which were at 25,000 feet altitude. There was no noise and no vapor trail and the object was comparable in speed to that of satellite. In addition, after the sighting, I was able to observe birds and planes. The speed was simply too fast for a balloon. Kansas-Group of Unknown objects seen

Lawrence- 05-21-05. Sunny, cloudless. At first glance I thought it was a flock of birds but as I looked closer I noticed there were no wings and they were very shiny and looked like they had yellowish amber lights emitting from them. Most of them were clustered together but three or four were flying separate from the cluster and changing places in the formation the way birds do when they fly. I know it was not birds, there was no fluctuation in their movement as birds do when flapping their wings. And there were no wings. They were flying straight north and were not very high. I would estimate they were at 200-300 ft. max. it was 3:00 PM on a Saturday and I was in my backyard behind my house, I was facing east. A big thanks to Lori. UFO Casebook online report.

New Jersey-Metal Sphere Dangles

Manahawkin-3:45pm on a Friday in December 2004 or January 2005. I was driving south on the Garden State Parkway following my girlfriends car to the Stafford Diner. A minute after I passed the Barnegat toll, I saw this motion-less metal sphere dangling a few thousand feet up in the south-east part of the sky. The sun was shining off it so bright someone else must have seen it too. Im guessing the thing has a diameter of 5-10 feet maybe?. I kept watching it until i had to get off the exit for Manahawkin. When I got to the diner parking lot, there were trees obstructing my view. I'd say it was over the lake by the north-west corner of Route 9 and Route 72. Ohio - circular craft & small creatures filmed

WRIGHT FIELD IN DAYTON -- In 1957 my father took me to see a movie called “Earth vs the Flying Saucers.” On the way home he was unusually quiet. Finally he said, "They were too big." He then told me that ten years earlier he had been stationed at Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio, where he was part of a film unit. One day an officer came and told him and another man to grab a couple of 16 mm movie cameras and follow him. He took them to a heavily guarded hanger. Inside was a badly damaged circular craft and about an acre of debris placed on a canvass tarp. My father and his friend were instructed to get footage on everything. They did so. They, then, were taken into a refrigerated unit at the rear of the hanger, inside the unit was what my father described as a museum case holding the bodies of two small gray creatures, thin with large eyes but no eyelids. One showed some severe wounds, the other had no visible injuries. They were instructed to get footage of the creatures. When the case was opened to allow a better shot, there was a smell similar to dead fish. When they had finished filming the cameras were confiscated instead of being taken back to the lab for processing. My father said he and his friend were literally sworn to secrecy. My father only spoke of this to me that one time and I promised never to tell anyone. Since he recently passed away, I feel I am now at liberty to relate his story. My father was very patriotic and very religious and not prone to making things up. Out of respect for his privacy and mine I submit this report anonymously. Texas rectangle seen by couple

EMORY -- A man, who is well know to the UFO community, together with his wife, witnessed a bizarre, three-tiered, lighted object hovering in the night sky on May 13, 2005. He states, “My wife and I were returning home from a Gospel meeting driving south on FM779 and saw lights on what looked like a cell phone radio tower at 9:15 PM, and I remarked to my wife that I wasn't aware they were building another tower.” She said that it looked like it was lighted different from the one near us. It looked like the top of the tower had three horizontal rows of white lights on it. There were two red, flashing lights just below the white lights and a white strobe light above the horizontal rows of white lights. It appeared to be taller than the tower near us so I remarked that possibly there were different lighting requirements for taller towers. I again said, “I wondered why they would build another tower so close to the one near us.” We were looking across a pasture at the lights a quarter mile away. We were not alarmed and thought no more about it until the next day when we drove down the same road and there was no tower there or anything of any height anywhere near that area. Washington bright object caught on film

TROUT LAKE -- On May 6, 2005, at 9:30 PM, eleven people witnessed a very bright object traveling northeast. It was very brilliant and much too low for a satellite. Two cameras caught the object and the film is in the process of being analyzed. There was also what appeared to be another landing on Mount Adams. It was not as bright or long lasting as the previous landings, yet there was a bright light with short bursts on the mountain. We are also working on a web cam to monitor the ongoing activity. Thanks to James Gilliland www.eceti.org TACOMA -- Electronics and Computer Hardware Engineer Tom Martel had a UFO sighting at midnight on May 27, 2005. He states, “I was out with my 12 inch Dobsonian telescope on a beautiful evening. I am situated in a great location 8 miles west of downtown and located at Point Defiance which is surrounded on three sides by Puget Sound. I looked at Jupiter and noticed two pairs of moons grouped tightly together on the left side of the planet. I'm an amateur astronomer and multi-year Boeing Museum of Flight member. I looked up at Jupiter at 23:59 when I noticed a very bright deep red light ramping up and down in luminosity at a rate of 1 cycle/second 5 degrees higher in elevation than Jupiter heading S-SW toward the horizon. My mind instantly searched for familiar clues to this object. It does not appear “right”. I then quickly looked for the familiar green FAA markings. None exhibited. I immediately grabbed my telescope and spotted it with my finder scope and somehow kept it in the main field of view of the 2 inch wide angle 32 mm eyepiece. It was the show of a lifetime for me! It was in the center of my field of view during the 30-45 second period of observation, at the closest point to me it was at a minimum of 10 diameters of Jupiter. I concentrated only on what “I” thought was extremely unique to this craft in two areas. 1) The main deep red overpowering light in the center of the triangle. This light was extremely wide. It was as much as 1/10th the diameter of the bottom of the triangle. It was extremely bright when it would ramp up in 1 second duration cycles. The intensity was extremely bright but diffuse and soft. Also, there was one other small red light at the right triangle tip blinking in unison with the main one. I did not notice one on the left side, but this may be due to the angle of the craft. Its hue was almost, but not quite, as deep red as a street blinking stop light with a “true” glass lens and “filament” type bulb. 2) Now for the “bottom shape” of the craft; If you notice on any kind of modern jet aircraft, the main wing has a dihedral, (note; Dihedral is an angle raising the centerline of the wing tip above the centerline of the wing root). This angle appeared to me about a similar 3 degree angle starting at it lowest point from the front tip of the craft, running straight to the rear, dissecting the rear flat edge of the triangle in half. This angle then moved upwards both to the left and right tips of the triangle. I would suspect if you saw this thing on the ground in the daytime from the rear the bottom would have a chevron shape to it. The object was quite reflective and glowed from ground illumination and it was casting a whitish soft glow to the bottom. The “interesting” part of the light, different from any normal light was that as bright as this center light was it never cast ANY portion of this to the bottom whatsoever. The light would be intensely bright but you could see right adjacent to it the glow effect from ground lighting without ANY hue change. It was quite amazing to see. The craft was flying at 1 to 3,000 feet altitude and flew slower than passenger jet. It flew smooth, gliding, graceful, and effortless. No yawing, pitching, front point always staying straight ahead in the line of travel. I spend every moment that I can outside and never have seen anything “out of the ordinary since I had when I was a child, very many years ago. Was it ours or theirs? I would think “Ours”. Examples; Speed. Non-wavering flying. Dihedral “type” angle making you think, lift. In other respect “Theirs” Examples; The intensity of the light. None of this light reflects on the bottom, but the glow of the street lights below, do. No FAA markings. The sheer beauty of this thing. “Ours”? Australia hundreds of UFOs sighted

MELBOURNE -- Herald-Sun reports, Strange orange lights were seen by hundreds over the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, the capital of Australia's Victoria state. "If witnesses to the strange phenomenon seen last Friday night," May 13, 2005, "are to be believed, the answer could be alien spaceships." "The mystery developed at 10:30 p.m. when about a dozen of the orange lights were seen hovering over Ferntree Gully." "Tim Webster, 23, of Upwey, admits he was looking forward to an alien abduction as he photographed the lights on his phone camera." "'They were too high for fireworks, higher than a jet and creating patterns that no aircraft could do.'" "Mr. Webster called his friend, Aaron Singe, 22, who was at Mountain Gate shopping centre." "'Tim just said, 'Look outside, you're not going to believe it,' Singe said, 'It's pretty hard to convince about this sort of thing, but this is too weird.'" "Another friend, Stuart Wilson, 24, managed to take video footage of the lights." "The shaky video shows a large prick of light forming shapes such as diamonds, lines, characters and what looks like the Southern Cross." "The lights were watched for ten minutes before flying in a different direction and vanishing, Mr. Wilson said." "'It's possible aliens are driving them, but, until I see one. I'm not going to be convinced,' he said, 'This is pretty close, but I didn't see any little green men.'" "But Mr. Webster doesn't need convincing." Caribbean Sea low flying light

GRAND CAYMAN ISLAND - A couple, vacationing on a cruise ship, witness a peculiar, red object streak across the sky, stop, then move off in a different direction. My wife and I were on a cruise between Cozamel Mexico and the Grand Cayman Islands. We had returned to our room at 11 PM, on May 17, 2005, and were standing on the balcony and we debated a few seconds whether the light we were seeing to the northeast was a star or a plane. After a few minutes we concluded it was a star and saw a small light shoot across the sky, but lost sight of it as it was above the balcony top. My wife stood to see and said "stand up, you have got to see this; Hurry!" I caught sight of a red tinted light racing across the sky below cloud level. Then the light stopped dead and sat motionless for a few seconds, then moved left at about half the original speed for about two seconds. It made a quick circular motion then shot across the sky in front of the ship again at the speed of a shooting star where we lost sight of it. This all took place in a matter of 5 to 10 seconds. Canada hovering UFO and other sightings

DOWNSVIEW, ONTARIO – The witness writes, “This strange sighting occurred on April 20, 2005 at approximately 9:25 AM, while driving along Highway 407 he spotted a hovering (not moving) "commercial airliner"?. He describes it as gray in color with windows and blue lights on the wings. He claims he went underneath the plane and claimed it felt weird. The craft was 1000 feet high above him and he was really spooked by his sighting. He is a Fed X driver. Funny, how exactly one week later on April 27, 2005 about same time there was a very serious auto accident tied up traffic for hours in the same area as the sighting of the hovering airliner. Brian Vike, Director hbccufo@telus.net NELSON – The witness was driving south on Highway 3A and noticed in one of the clear patches of sky a triangular shaped craft sailing slowly along just after midnight on May 18, 2005. The object was traveling towards the southwest. The driver pulled his truck over to the side of the road and watched. He states, ”I saw four lights on it, three amber colored lights showing a triangular shape, or three points of light on each tip.” The fourth light, red in color seemed to be directly in the center. None of the lights were flashing at anytime. I heard no sound as the craft sailed slowly overhead. I was able to watch it for about eight seconds before I lost sight of it because the object moved into another cloud bank. It was a eerie sight. I was video taping a strange white light in the sky when a large dark object flew into the camera frame. Using my camera zoom feature and my TV. I was able to enlarge the object so that I can see that it is undoubtedly, a flying saucer. If you wish to see the video I would be happy to mail it to you. I have the original camera cassette tape which I put on VHS , I also had the VHS put on DVD, so I have all 3. So I can send you which ever format you wish. It seemed to be pretty high up and was stationery. At first I thought it could be a plane but there was no noise at all (plus no movement). I then thought maybe a helicopter hovering (as there are a few police helicopters that circle around every now and then) but again no noise and the police usually have beam lights that show a trail of light, plus it seemed way too high). I then pointed the light out to my wife and we looked at it for about 15-20 seconds when suddenly the light just went out. I, then, got up and stood around for 10 minutes to see if I could see anything else but all I could see were faint stars through the cloud (which wasn't very heavy). UK - North Wales blue star-like object

RUTHIN – Two witnesses saw for three nights between 10:30 and 11:45 PM, the same time each night a star that moved and weaved. The object flew an in and out pattern then it came towards our house on May 18, 2005. As it flew over a very strong blue light shone and as it took off in great speed there was no noise at all. A customer told me she had seen exactly the same thing. The observation was for about a minute. The star, shall we call it, weaved in and around the other stars quite slowly at first. As it came over our house, still at a great height the blue light switched on and it was similar to a welders blow torch and stayed on continuously as it shot off at great speed in a north direction.
