Source: UFO Wisconsin Report Form Submission by Frank Scassellati- I sighted a huge triangular-shaped U.F.O. on November 3,2003 in the town of Dunmore, Pennsylvania. I was visiting my fiance, who lives in Dunmore, Pa. It was 6:30 in the evening and we were travelling to a local Sunoco gas Station to fill my fiance's car with gas. We were near the Dunmore Cemetary, close to the Sunoco gas station, when we noticed a huge, triangular- shaped U.F.O. in the evening's sky. It was black, or dark in color, with three huge, glowing lights on each edge of the triangle. The object was approximately 500 feet in length, and about 300 feet above the ground. The object did not move. It remained motionless in sky. The sky was clear. The temperature was 60 degrees Fahrenheit. My fiance also saw the U.F.O. She was driving her Toyota Corolla to the local Sunoco gas station to be filled with gas. I was a passenger in the front seat of the car. My fiance and I gazed in amazement at this wondrous vehicle. My fiance exclaimed, "What's that? It doesn't look like an airplane. It's not moving. Maybe it's a U.F.O.". I agreed with her. I believed it to be a U.F.O. As we entered the Sunoco gas station, I rolled down my window and put my head outside to get a better view, but the U.F.O. had vanished, it was nowhere to be seen. I told my friend John Peruka, author of the theory "The Secret of Olyphant", about this U.F.O., and he is familiar with this area of Dunmore, Pa., and will try to investigate to see if someone else had seen this U.F.O. This is my third U.F.O. sighting experience. My first was on September 25, 1970, in Jessup, Pennsylvania. My first U.F.O. sighting involved encounters with the "Men-in-Black". My second U.F.O. sighting experience was of two diamond-shaped U.F.O.'s in Peckville, Pa., about one mile from my first U.F.O. sighting. This third U.F.O. sighting occurred in Dunmore, Pa. only a few miles from my first two U.F.O. sightings. My friend John Peruka and I believe this area, including the town of Olyphant, Pa., to be a "Doorway", or portal between dimensions, used by extraterrestrial, or perhaps interdimensional, entities, to enter into our world. I am searching for answers to my U.F.O. sightings, and for answers in the U.F.O. enigma. I believe that much is being kept hidden from us about U.F.O.'s, and the extraterrestrial, or perhaps interdimensional, presence. I, and many others, are fighting for full disclosure about U.F.O.'s. The Limean newspapers and radio programs of Peru revealed that the Air Force of Peru (FAP), is analyzing three videos in which a presumed UFO of 200 meters in length was seen in the city of Chulucanas, Piura (which borders Ecuador).
A source of the Office of Investigation of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena (Oifaa) stated that the testimony of the witnesses was not based on misidentified natural or known objects. Antonio Choy, civil employee of the Oifaa, of the Air Force, said they were relying on the testimony of 160 people who saw the phenomenon, that moved towards Pilán hill, considered by the experts of the Oifaa as "the epicenter of mysteries." Choy said that the first sighting in Chulucanas took place the 13th of October, 2001 during the religious celebration of "Mr. Cautivo de Ayabaca". "An object of 150 to 200 meters in length hovered for two hours and in complete silence before the astonishment of the hundreds of faithfuls that joined the procession", said the civil employee. There was also a sighting on the 25th of October and the 15th of November. "The evidence is seen in the film taken by witnesses and the Air Force of Peru and the Oifaa are continuing to analyze the videos, " indicated Choy. The Oifaa was created in January of 2002 for the investigation of strange aerial phenomena which might be a threat to national security. "The work of the office is to compile information on the presence of UFOs in the country, to create a national file and to deal with the questions each case brings to the group," he added. |

In 1994 an encounter occurred at the Nellis Air Force Base with an unidentified flying object. A copy of gun-camera footage was smuggled out, and the program "Sightings" aired the footage with some commentary. The images were shot on a range that is in restricted air space near the base. The tracking cameras got a radar lock on an object that was traveling away from the camera initially, then abruptly changed course when the object detected that it was being tracked. The object appeared to be curious about what was tracking it and came in for a better view. This video was enhanced and viewed by several photoimaging experts, on camera , and they seemed to be baffled about its origin and properties. The audio portion of the video is somewhat difficult to hear, and some have overlayed clips of the video with a transcript of what was said. Following is that conversion. CONTROL: I show an aircraft headed north pretty fast. OPERATOR 1: I got a helo [slang for helicopter]. FEMALE OP: At eleven? OPERATOR 1: Yeah, can't figure out where he's at on this thing. CONTROL: Be advised... We're filled to capacity. OPERATOR 2: What is that? OPERATOR 1: I don't know. No idea. A helo? FEMALE OP: Looks like one. It's way up high no. It's going, like straight up. OPERATOR 1: We acquired this unknown object. Aircraft of some type. We're going to put a launch up on it anyways, see what happens. It seems to be hovering there. [Gives bearing of UFO]. It appears to be going outbound real slow. There's hardly any range velocity. I don't know if this would impact or not....[Simulated launch occurs.] We have impact. We'll call this a kill on this unknown aircraft. T-1 Control doesn't know what type of aircraft this is either... OPERATOR 2: That's weird. OPERATOR 1: Strange. I have been able to obtain quite a lengthy piece of this film on VHS tape, and I transfered it to digital video. It is amazing how much more one can see with a good mpeg or avi version of the movie. The clips that have been spread around the internet just don't do the film justice. (Unfortunately, the film was over 50 megabytes, and I had to choose a small portion to put on the UFO Casebook Video Club.) I assure you these are the clearest, best clips you have seen of the object, including several amazing closeups of the UFO. The video was shown at CSETI's Congressional Briefing on April 9th, 1997 in Washington, DC. It was stated that the film covered a 1994 event when an apparent ET craft wandered onto the Nellis range in Nevada and was captured for several minutes by the Air Force's own telemetry. It is believed that these images were actually from a ground radar station. The video is thought to have been taken at the Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat Range, part of the Nellis Range northwest of the Nevada Test Site and Las Vegas, Nevada. The film, according to CSETI sources, is genuine, and was smuggled out of the facility. It was aired by FOX TV show "Sightings" and a few other minor TV networks. At times the UFO appears to be 4 globes tied together; at other times it appears to be a fuzzy gasy cloud. It definitely appears to be intelligently controlled. Is it a TOP-SECRET military project or something else? Regardless, it is very interesting and might explain some of the recent UFO sightings in the area. There is also some evidence that these unknowns over S-30 might be very similar to the UFOs that have been seen over Mexico City the last few years. . .

A journalistic team of the Canal America 2 'Informe Central'
program saw and recorded several UFOs at a location near Maimara
and the images are being shown on the Sunday edition of the
program.
The experience was made known to Pregon by Alfonso Bidondo, who
guided the team to the site at which the contact event took
place, only scant kilometers away from Maimara and on the side
of National Hwy. 9.Bidondo, who has been devoted to UFO reseach for some years, claims being able to establish telepathic contact with the crews allegedly aboard these objects. "The folks from Canal America asked me to take them to see UFOs in order to film them and see if this subject is real. I told them that indeed, my telepathic contact with the vehicles led me to that spot in the early morning hours. We were at the site and while they interviewed me, the vehicles told me that they were about to appear behind me. We turned around and one of the vessels was up above. They were very startled and managed to record it," claims Bidondo. The team - he detailed - was formed by producer Marcelo Peralta, host Martin Ciccoli and cameraman Alfredo Ghilanda. A Very Large Light When consulted about the characteristics of the objects seen, Bidondo described them as "a very big light that passed slowly above us and then vanished. It must have remained for sone 15 seconds and then disappeared. Then other lights appeared. Then the sky clouded and we headed back." Showing the videotaped images of the experience in La Quebrada, he explained that some members of the news crew "still couldn't believe it. It was the first time they had seen UFOs and it seemed an impossibility. But then they became witnesses and were totally amazed. "Jujuy," explained Bidondo, "is in one of the most important places on the planet as regards the UFO phenomenon because we are in a magnetic "tube" through which craft transit [..] the atmosphere and electromagnetic field in which northern Argentina is submerged is also an influence." Despite this, he adds, "the UFO subject is taboo in Jujuy." Bidondo revealed that at the end of the month, a camera crew from the Infinito TV network will visit the area to produce a segment on the experiences which have occurred here and regretted that residents of Jujuy do not grant the phenomenon the importance it merits. "When they hear these subejcts mentioned, people laugh because they don't have information," he noted, adding that "very serious treatment is given to the subject" in developed countries like the U.S. and the European Union. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric (NOAA) has several Geosynchronous Orbiting Satellites in orbit watching the Earths weather and environment. On November 21, 1999 at 14:45 hours, one of the satellites caught an amazing photo of a UFO at an estimated hundred miles above the Earth off the state of Washington.
One of the satellites is designed to detect water vapour or clouds from space and when its camera was zoomed in, it was apparent that the craft was giving off vapour. The possibility of a computer error causing the image was completely ruled out . The UFO was present for several minutes and was a structure which radiated heat in the infrared spectrum. Randy Etting, a resident of Newtown, CT. was taking a walk outside his home. A commercial airline pilot with over 30 years experience, he always looked at the sky... he saw a number of orange and red lights... approaching from the west... He... got his binoculars and called his neighbors to come outside. The object by this time was a great deal closer and seemed to be over I-84, just east of Etting's home... the lights were shimmering like distortion from engine heat, but he could hear no sound...
"As the UFO passed over I-84, cars in both the east and west bound lanes began pulling over and stopping. The UFO displayed a semi-circular pattern of very bright multicolored lights. Five motorists reported that, as the object became visible, a number of cars lost power and had to pull off the highway. A State Police officer [who wishes to remain anonymous] sent to investigate photographed the object. May 26, 1987, Etting, State Police, Waterbury CT 9:30 PM "... Dr. Bruce Maccabee... [analysed the photo]. His findings indicate the object was huge, perhaps over a thousand feet across, and that the lights showed a definite pattern. He also indicated the lights seemed to have been flashing very quickly in some sort of sequence, giving the impression that some were out of focus while others were sharp." See full size image... UFO Museum does its own thing Despite an invitation to head up a revamped UFO Festival oversight organization, the International UFO Museum and Research Center has announced plans to instead host its own event next July. The Roswell Chamber of Commerce has given up sole sponsorship of the fest to make way for the formation of a new oversight organization, one the International UFO Museum and Research Center wants no part of. Julie Shuster, the museum’s director, said she knows she could lead a successful UFO-themed event, because she has, and she will again next year — separately from the UFO Festival. .. continue here. |

The observer is a 63 year old salesman of floor covering. The event described occurred at 8:50pm EST on 11/08/2003 in West Chatham, Massachusetts. While observing the lunar eclipse we noticed 4 white to "reddish" lights move into the area of the sky close to the eclipsed moon. The lights would move quickly then stop, then move quickly again. They were generally together but obviously moved independently of one another. One light then moved quickly in a northerly direction while the other three moved quickly in a southerly direction and out of sight. The entire episode lasted approximately 30 seconds. The lights were not pinpoints but rather had some small area to their origin. It was clear and cold at the time of the sighting. There was a second witness who saw the unknowns. I was reading your website and I found a letter that caught my eye-it was by Dennis B. of Wisconcin on May 15, 2003. The images that he saw were the same as I saw last night during the lunar eclipse and about the same times. I captured them on digital camera-which I could not see with my naked eye-but it looked like a pattern of lights in the camera.I would like to share my pictures with someone who could explain what they are. I have clear pictures of these objects and lights. Any input would be greatly appreciated. The pictures were taken along with my sister Michelle. We were outside of our house in Gumboro, Delaware looking towards the eastern sky at the eclipse. While trying to capture an image on my digital, I noticed a pattern of flashing lights in my display mode, not visible to the naked eye, so I snapped a few shots and downloaded them to my computer for a closer look by zooming in. I've never seen anything like it before, and was very interested in finding out WHAT it may be. Not sure about exact time, but I did get a picture of the moon in one of its phases, I can forward it on to you if you like to maybe help with figuring the exact time. I'm an amateur photographer who captured something completely unexpected.

On Monday, October 20, 2003, at 8:30 p.m., Luis A. Torres reported, "while attending a local recreation center soccer South game" at Dogwood Park in Goose Creek, South Carolina (population 29,208), I felt pressure on my neck and decided to turn my head and see if I could relax and loosen up. Then, as I turned my head, I saw something falling from the sky. I said to the others around me, 'Look at that!'" "They did, and we started speculating as to what it might be. Less than a minute later, it had disappeared from sight." "I made the comment: 'I hope those are military aircraft going next to it, as they are way too close together to be civilians.'" Luis described the object as "a 'ball of fire' over 15 meters (65 feet) wide, teardrop shape, no noise, but I think it must have been over 40 meters (132 feet) long, bright blue in the middle and green all over the rest. Three people spotted a UFO about seven miles (11 kilometers) west of Parkersburg, West Virginia (population 33,100) on Saturday evening, November 1, 2003. According to Mark, an eyewitness, the sighting took place at 5:30 p.m. on State Route 47 and "was witnessed by three people." Ohio ufologist Kenny Young reported, "Just after parking their car in a friend's driveway around 5:30 p.m., Mark and his wife had gotten out of the car and spotted an unusual object in the eastern sky." "Mark stood in the driveway and asked his wife to go inside the house to get their friend to witness the object also." "The object, Mark said, had a smooth and consistent steady glow that was white in color, not a brilliant silver-white but a dirty, fuzzy, off-white hue. It did not have soft or diffused edges but had clearly defined edges." "The UFO, from his perspective, was perhaps as big as a 2-inch (5-centimeter) object held in his fingers at arm's length." "'The object was like a dome on a half-round bubble,' Mark said, 'I could see it crisp and crystal clear. The bottom edge was horizontal, flat. It had a rock-steady motion of flight. There was no shake or wobble.'" "Mark said the object was flying along at the speed and height that an average low-flying aircraft would move across the sky, not abnormally quick." "The object was first seen in the eastern sky at an estimated 30 degrees" above the horizon "and had a (flight) path from south to north. As the object continued its flight, Mark walked to the end of the driveway to get out of the trees and see it from a clearing. By this time, however, the object had departed to the north. For nearly two weeks, Bob Ridener watched a strange- looking UFO hover over his hometown of Felicity, Ohio (population 922) every night between 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. The sightings began on Thursday, October 16, 2003, Bob reported, "I watched bright lights--blue, green, white and red--spinning, making the object very noticeable in the night sky. It vanished eventually and would appear again. It would hold in one position for 10 to 15 minutes and then, with a bat of an eye, it would move from the west to the south. That would be from the front of my house to the backyard." "I first saw it in July on almost every clear night. Observed for several weeks from July 2003 to (Tuesday) October 28, 2003. Finally got a camcorder out to see if it would show at night. While viewing the tape, I saw several suspicious images." "The colors listed seemed to be in a 'ball' of colors underneath" the object, and, "from my view, it would appear it was kind of diamond-shaped." Felicity is on Ohio Route 756, located 40 miles (64 kilometers) southeast of Cincinnati. MODESTO -- R. David Anderson reports, I was working outside the building on October 19, 2003, on a sunroom addition onto our house. As I looked up to see if the upper frame was level I saw a UFO coming from the north. It was bright, star like, and it made a loop around the house and hovered above me for about five minutes. I went into the house and got binoculars and went back outside and looked at it using the binoculars. In the binoculars the UFO appeared to be changing shapes, from a sphere to an elongated form. My daughter came out of the house and I showed her the UFO. She was surprised to see a bright star in the middle of the day. I gave her the binoculars and she also commented that it was changing shapes. I observed the UFO dividing into two spheres, and another long shaped craft appeared between the two spheres. There was suddenly a lot of wispy "steam" where the long UFO was, and then my daughter yells " Look, there's a jet." I looked down to where she was pointing, and there was a long object, moving at an angle towards us. Without sound. I saw a bright luminous elongated shape moving against the sky, that changed to a tan color and I could then see it in detail. It was shaped like a cigar with a triangle on the front of it. On the sides were many rectangular features. After lunch, I got the video camera and spotted three UFO's coming from the north and recorded the UFO's as they traveled above the house. These UFO's were spherical in shape, bright and closer, and are the ones in the video. They traveled in unison. About 40 minutes later, I also got another shot of a UFO moving above the tree. MILTON -- On Friday, the eyewitness was driving to Pensacola to visit my parents on October 31, 2003, at 3:15 PM, when he saw a strange black cloud in the beautiful sunshiny sky. The witness states, “The cloud seemed to be moving like a vortex and I could not take my eyes off of it, so the next thing I remember is crossing the bridge on the interstate going into Pensacola...I lost TEN minutes.” I do not even remember driving those ten minutes. CHARLOTTE – The viewer was star gazing around 9 PM on the back deck of my home on November 3, 2003. I looked straight up and saw 3 round lights moving in unison from the West to the East horizon. The circles of gray light were located at each end of the triangle shape, and I estimate this triangle was about 100 feet across. I looked away from the lights several times to make sure I was really seeing what I saw. I was able to locate this moving object over and over again. It took about 30 seconds for this object to move to the Eastern horizon. This was no illusion! I went to bed and dreamed of UFO's darting in and out of the clouds and across the sky. WAKEFIELD -- At 10 PM, two witnesses were driving on Route 1 south on October 31, 2003, when they noticed a large object with four large white circle lights kind of hovering over them. They both saw lights and about five seconds later, the four white lights went off and one of them turned green. All the lights disappeared and then the four white lights came on again. At first, it looked like a rectangle from the side, but when it started moving at a very fast rate, it looked like a triangle. It started to go over some trees then just completely disappeared. BURLINGTON -- On November 5, 2003 at 12:20 PM, the Father was called outside by his 12-year old son who was pointing up in the sky "What is it?" My wife who was in our yard with our dog was looking up in the sky, too, said "It's a UFO". First I thought they were joking until I looked up and to my amazement saw a flying silver metallic disk navigating in and out of the clouds, it was turning upside down then right side up. I said "that's a flying saucer." We had a visual on it for no longer than 1 minute at which time it disappeared in the clouds headed east over Colchester. NAVAL BASE KITTERY – The witness saw a set of five white lights, with very bright beams on November 6, 2003, at 9:09 PM, a mile from the Navy base. The beams were at a 34 to 45 degree angle and hovered through the cloud cover. The witness states, “I watched it come closer through the clouds for about five minutes when part of the object broke through the cloud cover exposing two of its five lights. There was a crescent or cylinder shape behind the lights that was darker in appearance than the sky. It hovered for minutes, slowly retreating into the cloud cover. I watched the five lights for ten more minutes. The width of each light was twice as large as any airplane I've ever seen. Finally I watched the lights disappear, remaining in circular shapes and all moving simultaneously until completely disappearing from sight. Thanks to Peter Davenport

STACY: They (USAF) weren't really interested in an actual investigation of the subject (UFOs) then?
HYNEK: They said they were, of course, but they would turn handsprings to keep a good case from getting to the "attention of the media". Any case they solved, they had no trouble talking to the media about. It was really very sad.... I think their greatest mistake in the early days, however, was not turning it over to the universities or some academic group. They regarded it as an intelligence matter and it became increasingly more and more embarrassing to them. After all, we paid good tax dollars to have the Air Force guard our skies and it would have been bad public relations for them to say, yes there's something up there, but we're helpless. They just couldn't do that, so they took the very human action of protecting their own interests. What they said was that we solved 96 per cent of the cases and that we could have solved the other four per cent if we had just tried harder.
