It was taken April, 03, 2004 outside Baghdad, Iraq. The photograph was taken by Joe Herrick. (name used with permission) The craft was not seen by any of the G.I.'s. My take on the craft is that it is a very different type craft; however it is very similar to the other unusual designs. I really dismiss the hoax factor.
