While doing maintenace on the inteldesk.com website, I noticed something odd about the Washington image feed, and queried further. Some screen shots were taken.
We have contacted the National Parks Service Police, as this is where the webcam is operated from. They have been on the site, but we have not heard back from them at this time. Take notice that the headlights of autos are showing exposure trails from the headlights, but the object in the air is not, thus implying it is stationary or hovering. We consider this to be a remarkable image. Several UFO experts we have contacted have agreed that it is a very remarkable image. Observe that the time as shown in the bottom right of each screen shot is EST. It is not known how long the image was up or when it first appeared before being noticed by the inteldesk.com site administrator. The reason the screenshots show a green site layout is because this site has several user selectable themes, that can be accesed from the My Account area for members. The default theme is the white you are now seeing. A telephone call was placed to NUFORC.org. Hotline 206-722-3000 . The call was answered by the Director. Instructions were given to email the link, so that the image could be confirmed coming from the government webcam. located Here.

I have had this pic up for several days now, I have never seen any air
traffic in any of the images, of that camera's output.
Please advise if I should make a further written report into the
nuforc.org site.
I will also make some inquires and hope someone will obtain a copy of
that cameras recordings.
Again, I first noticed it around 03:15 EST Feb 10, 2005
Please keep me informed on this anomoly.

Thank you very much for the telephone call, and for the link.
That is an unusual object! However, it might take a great deal of
investigation to prove that it is an alien ship. One possibility I
believe
we have to allow for is a military aircraft with bright lights. However,
that seems quite unlikely to me, given that the airspace above the capital
is closed to most a/c.
I will ponder the situation...
